How to Stay Motivated
Push yourself and set goals. It’s an easy way to get real results and promotes a sense of accomplishment. Try new physical activities and make them fun. Find new healthy recipes to incorporate into your dietary meal plan. Plan your meals one day in advance. This ritual increases your success rate, and may decrease your grocery bill.

National Holistic Nutrition Conference
Watch out Toronto, here we come! Rachelle and Susan will be displaying a booth in the Holistic Nutrition Expo May 22-24, to launch the online subscription version of the Rachelle Wood Holistic Weight Loss program. The Expo is held at the Toronto Science Centre and is open to the public each day from 10-5 pm. Rachelle to Speak for PEI Business Woman’s Association
Rachelle will be presenting second a Lunch and Learn seminar for the PEI Business Women’s Association in Souris on Tuesday June 9th from 12-1:30. The talk is titled, Healthy Eating for the Busy Business Person and will include many handouts and recipes. The session will be held at the Silver Threads Community Centre and the healthy meal will be prepared by Chef Pedro from Mac Phee’s Market Save Easy. To register for the Lunch and Learn (which sold out last February) contact the PEIBWA at www.peibwa.org . The session is open to members for $15 and the general public for $20. This seminar is expected to sell out so reserve your spot today!

We have a 24 hours phone call or 48 hour email cancelation policy. If you miss an appointment with our sufficient notice you will be charged a $20 missed appointment fee.

Healthy Recipe of the Month- Whole Wheat Pita Pizza    serves 1       

1- 6 inch whole wheat pita or 6 inch whole wheat pizza crust               
2 ounces cooked chicken
1 ounce grated light mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons fat free pasta sauce
1 sprinkle of oregano or Italian seasoning

Coat pita with pasta sauce. Sprinkle with seasoning. Layer chicken, then veggies, then cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 400 for 10-12 minutes. Serve with a salad for a 2 starch lunch! Make on a 6 inch whole wheat tortilla wrap for 1 starch. For a vegetarian pizza omit chicken and eat pizza with a dairy serving. This recipe is not recommended for the wheat free and dairy free meal plan.
